Lesa Williamson

Lesa joined Henleys in 2018 and has been a roaring success. Lesa deals with all sales, lettings viewings and is the constant happy face greeting you as you view a home with us. With many years of sales and lettings experience, Lesa is a crucial part of the team and strives to deliver the best customer service. Living locally and being dual US nationally means that Lesa is up to speed with what our USAF tenants require, ensuring that our landlords have the best possible chance of securing a happy tenant in no time at all.

Jonathan Ross Brumpton

Jon has over 25 years’ experience as a mortgage broker, advising & helping people in the local area. He offers free impartial advice and has access to a comprehensive panel of lenders. Christie is a true asset to the company, Christie deals with the general office administration duties of the busy office. Living in the local area all her life she brings a wealth of local knowledge to the team. Customer service is one of Christie’s key attributes which makes her a pleasure to deal with, always going beyond her duty to ensure all of our clients are happy.

Maria Charalambous

Co-founder and Owner of Henleys Maria has worked in both corporate Estate Agency and Independent. With years of estate agency experience, Maria has a wealth of knowledge in both sales and lettings. Customer service has always been the ethos behind Henleys which is why Maria works closely with all vendors and purchasers to ensure there sale is running as smooth as possible. Having built the company from scratch ( including the desks!) Maria strives to ensure Henleys deliverers first class service.

Kayley Amoss

Kayley deals with all new sales and lettings valuations, striving to ensure our advice is honest and up to date with the current market. Kayley also carries out viewings on our properties using the local knowledge she has to guide and help tenants and buyers. Since joining the team, she has been a big hit with our customers providing first class service to anyone she meets.

Ellen Goodall

Ellen is our most recent member joining the team in October 2019, having previously worked in banking Ellen processes and deals with all our landlord and account related tasks. Ellen also ensures all of our managed properties are well looked after, dealing with maintenance issues as they arise and ensuring our landlords are up to speed with their properties.
