  • Extensive internet listing

  • Non-USAF tenants are credit referenced to ensure their finically suitability, as well as landlord reference checks

  • Deposit registration with the Deposit Protection Service 

  • Preparation of tenancy documentation

  • Preparation of a detailed photographic inventory

  • Lettings compliance check

Fully Managed Service

This service is the most popular choice and is a fully managed and supported package for landlords wanting to take a step back in the running of their properties. We deal with everything allowing you to sit back and enjoy your investment!
